# Infuse vs Status download app

The clearest difference is ads: Infuse at none against Status download app's shown. Infuse also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (29K vs 61). Status download app's advantage is iOS requirement (14 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Infuse sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Status download app sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Infuse holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Infuse has 29K ratings behind it against 61, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Infuse's written reviews are positive against 67% of Status download app's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Infuse ships an update fortnightly, Status download app every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
