# 口袋魔方 vs 小黑盒

The clearest difference is rating: 口袋魔方 at 5.0 against 小黑盒's 4.5. 口袋魔方 also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.3). 小黑盒's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (76% vs 43%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 口袋魔方 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. 小黑盒 asks for nothing beyond the download.

口袋魔方 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 小黑盒 has 1.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of 口袋魔方's written reviews are positive against 76% of 小黑盒's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

口袋魔方 ships an update every 2 weeks, 小黑盒 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
