# 口袋魔方 vs Tiny Decisions

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tiny Decisions at free with in-app purchases against 口袋魔方's subscription. Tiny Decisions also leads on review sentiment (74% vs 43%) and ratings volume (90K vs 3). 口袋魔方's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 口袋魔方 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Tiny Decisions sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

口袋魔方 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiny Decisions has 90K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of 口袋魔方's written reviews are positive against 74% of Tiny Decisions's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

口袋魔方 ships an update every 2 weeks, Tiny Decisions fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
