# Photo Cut Paste vs PasteUp

The clearest difference is rating: Photo Cut Paste at 3.3 against PasteUp's 1.0. Photo Cut Paste also leads on ratings volume (336 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.2). PasteUp's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 10 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Photo Cut Paste sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and PasteUp sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Photo Cut Paste holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Photo Cut Paste has 336 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Photo Cut Paste ships an update every 10 months, PasteUp every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
