# Candleman vs DeliCat

The clearest difference is ads: Candleman at none against DeliCat's shown. Candleman also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (41 vs 2). DeliCat's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Candleman sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DeliCat sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DeliCat holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Candleman has 41 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Candleman's written reviews are positive against 75% of DeliCat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
