# Candleman vs Chroma Force

The clearest difference is update cadence: Chroma Force at every 9 days against Candleman's every 11 months. Candleman's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Candleman sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Chroma Force sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Candleman ships an update every 11 months, Chroma Force every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
