# Candleman vs GhostRunner

The clearest difference is ads: Candleman at none against GhostRunner's shown. Candleman also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). GhostRunner's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 11 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Candleman sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GhostRunner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Candleman ships an update every 11 months, GhostRunner every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
