# Bitwarden Password Manager vs Control Panel for YouTube

The clearest difference is price: Bitwarden Password Manager at Free against Control Panel for YouTube's $3.99. Bitwarden Password Manager also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (35K vs 9). Control Panel for YouTube's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Bitwarden Password Manager is free to download; Control Panel for YouTube costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bitwarden Password Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bitwarden Password Manager has 35K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Bitwarden Password Manager's written reviews are positive against 70% of Control Panel for YouTube's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
