# Emoly vs MOODA

The clearest difference is update cadence: MOODA at every 3 days against Emoly's every 3 weeks. MOODA also leads on ratings volume (580 vs 15) and device support (4 vs 2). Emoly's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Emoly sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and MOODA sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Emoly holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOODA has 580 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 70% of Emoly's written reviews are positive against 63% of MOODA's.

Emoly ships an update every 3 weeks, MOODA every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
