# Wraith Chasers vs GhostTalk

The clearest difference is rating: Wraith Chasers at 5.0 against GhostTalk's 3.9. Wraith Chasers also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). GhostTalk's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 3). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wraith Chasers holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostTalk has 1.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Wraith Chasers's written reviews are positive against 40% of GhostTalk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wraith Chasers ships an update every 8 months, GhostTalk every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
