# IPTV Streamer vs StreamSG

The clearest difference is rating: StreamSG at 5.0 against IPTV Streamer's 4.5. StreamSG also leads on ads (none vs shown) and device support (4 vs 2). IPTV Streamer's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IPTV Streamer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per year and StreamSG sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StreamSG holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV Streamer has 3.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IPTV Streamer ships an update every 4 weeks, StreamSG every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
