# Cloud Stream IPTV Player vs ProgTV

The clearest difference is rating: Cloud Stream IPTV Player at 4.7 against ProgTV's 3.8. Cloud Stream IPTV Player also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 23) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cloud Stream IPTV Player sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and ProgTV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cloud Stream IPTV Player holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cloud Stream IPTV Player has 3.1K ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Cloud Stream IPTV Player's written reviews are positive against 56% of ProgTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cloud Stream IPTV Player ships an update every 9 days, ProgTV monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
