# Monkey Evolution Merge vs Footsies

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Monkey Evolution Merge at 92% against Footsies's 40%. Monkey Evolution Merge also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 12). Footsies's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monkey Evolution Merge sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Footsies sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Monkey Evolution Merge holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Monkey Evolution Merge has 1.2K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of Monkey Evolution Merge's written reviews are positive against 40% of Footsies's.

Monkey Evolution Merge ships an update every 5 weeks, Footsies every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
