# ARIM vs PropStream

The clearest difference is rating: ARIM at 5.0 against PropStream's 3.1. ARIM also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). PropStream's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 43 months) and ratings volume (178 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ARIM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PropStream has 178 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ARIM ships an update every 43 months, PropStream every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
