# DIG BTT vs AeroGarden

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DIG BTT at 75% against AeroGarden's 13%. DIG BTT also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). AeroGarden's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (684 vs 15). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AeroGarden holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AeroGarden has 684 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of DIG BTT's written reviews are positive against 13% of AeroGarden's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DIG BTT ships an update every 5 months, AeroGarden every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
