# PRONOTE vs EDUCANET

The clearest difference is ratings volume: PRONOTE at 260 against EDUCANET's 2. PRONOTE also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). EDUCANET's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PRONOTE holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PRONOTE has 260 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PRONOTE ships an update every 4 months, EDUCANET every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
