# Cosmedex vs Dolyame

The clearest difference is monetization model: Cosmedex at free against Dolyame's free with in-app purchases. Cosmedex also leads on review sentiment (84% vs 60%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Dolyame's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cosmedex ships an update every 6 weeks, Dolyame weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
