# PrettyLittleThing vs AYBL

The clearest difference is update cadence: PrettyLittleThing at weekly against AYBL's every 2 months. PrettyLittleThing also leads on ratings volume (39K vs 2.8K) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AYBL holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PrettyLittleThing has 39K ratings behind it against 2.8K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of PrettyLittleThing's written reviews are positive against 24% of AYBL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PrettyLittleThing ships an update weekly, AYBL every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
