# Optimus Tracking vs HDFleet

The clearest difference is rating: Optimus Tracking at 4.6 against HDFleet's 4.0. Optimus Tracking also leads on ratings volume (4.8K vs 10). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Optimus Tracking holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Optimus Tracking has 4.8K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Optimus Tracking's written reviews are positive against 67% of HDFleet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Optimus Tracking ships an update every 5 weeks, HDFleet every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
