# Sardi's vs BIRRYANI

The clearest difference is ads: BIRRYANI at none against Sardi's's shown. BIRRYANI also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Sardi's's advantage is ratings volume (906 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BIRRYANI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sardi's has 906 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sardi's ships an update every 4 months, BIRRYANI every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
