# Sardi's vs HonduGo

The clearest difference is ads: HonduGo at none against Sardi's's shown. HonduGo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Sardi's's advantage is ratings volume (906 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HonduGo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sardi's has 906 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sardi's ships an update every 4 months, HonduGo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
