# Drive App vs Upkey

The clearest difference is rating: Drive App at 4.4 against Upkey's 3.0. Drive App also leads on ratings volume (286 vs 2). Upkey's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (25% vs 9%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Drive App holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drive App has 286 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Drive App's written reviews are positive against 25% of Upkey's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drive App ships an update every 3 weeks, Upkey every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
