# Teleprompter for Video vs Camera FrontBack SE

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Camera FrontBack SE at none against Teleprompter for Video's 13. Teleprompter for Video's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 17 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 126). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teleprompter for Video sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Camera FrontBack SE asks for nothing beyond the download.

Teleprompter for Video holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teleprompter for Video has 15K ratings behind it against 126, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Teleprompter for Video's written reviews are positive against 74% of Camera FrontBack SE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Teleprompter for Video ships an update every 9 days, Camera FrontBack SE every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
