# italki vs Tudlo Learn

The clearest difference is ads: Tudlo Learn at none against italki's shown. italki's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. italki sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Tudlo Learn sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tudlo Learn holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: italki has 10K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
