# ⋆Solitaire⋆ vs Solitaire Fish

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ⋆Solitaire⋆ at 86% against Solitaire Fish's 50%. ⋆Solitaire⋆ also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and ratings volume (5.2K vs 366). Solitaire Fish's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solitaire Fish sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. ⋆Solitaire⋆ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Solitaire Fish holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ⋆Solitaire⋆ has 5.2K ratings behind it against 366, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of ⋆Solitaire⋆'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Solitaire Fish's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
