# Trumped vs Golf Orbit

Trumped and Golf Orbit both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 83% of Trumped's written reviews are positive against 25% of Golf Orbit's. Trumped also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Golf Orbit's advantage is ratings volume (59K vs 10) and chart position (#164 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trumped sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Golf Orbit sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Trumped against 4.7 for Golf Orbit. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golf Orbit has 59K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of Trumped's written reviews are positive against 25% of Golf Orbit's.

Trumped ships an update every 9 days, Golf Orbit every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
