The clearest difference is ratings volume: TXBA at 60 against IMCOMING NETWORK's 1. TXBA also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). IMCOMING NETWORK's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for TXBA against 5.0 for IMCOMING NETWORK. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TXBA has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
