# Cheddar Up vs Milestones

The clearest difference is price: Cheddar Up at Free against Milestones's $1.99. Cheddar Up also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.2). Milestones's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Cheddar Up is free to download; Milestones costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Milestones holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cheddar Up has 3.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cheddar Up ships an update every 2 months, Milestones every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
