# 123 Calendar vs Fridge

The clearest difference is rating: Fridge at 5.0 against 123 Calendar's 4.0. Fridge also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months). 123 Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 123 Calendar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fridge sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fridge holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 123 Calendar has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

123 Calendar ships an update every 7 months, Fridge weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
