# EduManager vs TabPad

The clearest difference is ads: EduManager at none against TabPad's shown. EduManager also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (22 vs 4). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EduManager sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TabPad sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for EduManager against 4.0 for TabPad. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EduManager has 22 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of EduManager's written reviews are positive against 50% of TabPad's.

EduManager ships an update weekly, TabPad every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
