# QR vs QR Scanner

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: QR at none against QR Scanner's 3. QR also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (83% vs 56%). QR Scanner's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 18 months) and ratings volume (503 vs 6). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for QR against 4.1 for QR Scanner.
