# BookFusion vs Bookary

The clearest difference is rating: BookFusion at 4.7 against Bookary's 3.0. BookFusion also leads on ratings volume (523 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). Bookary's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BookFusion sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Bookary sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BookFusion holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BookFusion has 523 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of BookFusion's written reviews are positive against 100% of Bookary's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BookFusion ships an update every 10 days, Bookary every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
