About

Rock Paper Scissors

Attack by winning Janken! Guard when you lose! "Whack it. Block it. Train it. — JANKEN PON" is an action-training game played with Janken (rock-paper-scissors) and quick reflexes, inspired by a classic Japanese playground game: swing a hammer when you win, duck under a helmet when you lose. ■ Easy to Play 1. Whack it, block it, Janken... Pon! 2. Win and tap Attack. Lose and tap Guard — fast. 3. Whittle down your rival's HP to win. ■ Rivals With a Twist A dojo rookie, a spirit surrounded by plushies, an old wooden robot, a water spirit living in a river, a substance made of pure unfairness, and a mysterious woman who knows the stars. Every rival plays by different rules: decoy buttons, buttons that run away, buttons that boss you around, or a game of Which-Way Challenge. No single strategy works twice. ■ Win, Train, Challenge Again Use the Score you earn in battle to raise four stats. Attack raises damage, View Area grows your buttons, Destiny improves your Janken odds, and Agility extends your time limit. Stats you've raised stay even after a loss. ■ Crown Shards and the World Ranking Crown Shards, bought with Score, don't make you stronger in battle. They exist only to be collected, and how many you've gathered shows up on the world ranking. Your rank also appears right on the Home screen, so you always know where you stand. ■ The Joy of Collecting Defeat a rival and you earn an achievement and an avatar. Reach an ending and the Gallery opens, filled with art from across the game. Save your favorites straight to your photos. ■ Play Together on One Phone Turn one phone into a hammer, a helmet, and a referee. "Real Match" lets two players face off with real Janken, right in front of each other. ■ Available in 11 Languages Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Indonesian, and Russian. Names on the ranking also appear in each language. Free to play through every stage, supported by ads.
