# Buffl vs Flash Cards Maker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Buffl at 94% against Flash Cards Maker's 54%. Buffl also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Flash Cards Maker's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (84 vs 11). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buffl sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Flash Cards Maker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
