# eCondos vs Vida de Síndico

The clearest difference is rating: eCondos at 3.8 against Vida de Síndico's 1.0. eCondos also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (24 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

eCondos holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: eCondos has 24 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of eCondos's written reviews are positive against 23% of Vida de Síndico's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

eCondos ships an update monthly, Vida de Síndico every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
