# Pancheros vs RapidChow

The clearest difference is rating: Pancheros at 4.8 against RapidChow's 4.3. Pancheros also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pancheros holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pancheros has 11K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Pancheros's written reviews are positive against 63% of RapidChow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pancheros ships an update every 5 months, RapidChow every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
