# SuperPhone vs DoublePi

The clearest difference is rating: DoublePi at 5.0 against SuperPhone's 3.8. DoublePi also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.1). SuperPhone's advantage is ratings volume (104 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuperPhone sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and DoublePi sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DoublePi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SuperPhone has 104 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
