# Young's vs rec’d

The clearest difference is update cadence: rec’d at every 2 weeks against Young's's every 2 months. rec’d also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Young's ships an update every 2 months, rec’d every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
