# DROP Ride vs SODIC Ride

DROP Ride and SODIC Ride both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of SODIC Ride's written reviews are positive against 50% of DROP Ride's. On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DROP Ride holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of DROP Ride's written reviews are positive against 100% of SODIC Ride's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
