# WhoeverNote vs Sticky Notes

The clearest difference is rating: WhoeverNote at 5.0 against Sticky Notes's 4.6. WhoeverNote also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Sticky Notes's advantage is ratings volume (501 vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WhoeverNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sticky Notes sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WhoeverNote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Notes has 501 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of WhoeverNote's written reviews are positive against 60% of Sticky Notes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WhoeverNote ships an update monthly, Sticky Notes weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
