# Scheduled vs Fext

The clearest difference is rating: Fext at 4.0 against Scheduled's 2.8. Fext also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (24% vs 10%). Scheduled's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scheduled sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Fext sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fext holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.3K and 550 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 10% of Scheduled's written reviews are positive against 24% of Fext's.

Scheduled ships an update every 3 weeks, Fext every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
