# Scheduled vs Sms Planner

The clearest difference is rating: Sms Planner at 5.0 against Scheduled's 2.8. Sms Planner also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Scheduled's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scheduled sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Sms Planner sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sms Planner holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scheduled has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
