# Block Tower vs 100 jam

The clearest difference is rating: 100 jam at 4.6 against Block Tower's 2.0. 100 jam also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (21 vs 1). Block Tower's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Tower sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and 100 jam sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

100 jam holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 100 jam has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Block Tower's written reviews are positive against 82% of 100 jam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Block Tower ships an update every 6 weeks, 100 jam every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
