# Endless Monsters vs Pixel Petz

The clearest difference is ads: Endless Monsters at none against Pixel Petz's shown. Endless Monsters also leads on review sentiment (92% vs 78%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). Pixel Petz's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (10K vs 190). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Endless Monsters sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pixel Petz sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Petz holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pixel Petz has 10K ratings behind it against 190, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Endless Monsters's written reviews are positive against 78% of Pixel Petz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Endless Monsters ships an update every 10 days, Pixel Petz every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
