# SBOX 4K vs Live DV

The clearest difference is rating: SBOX 4K at 4.5 against Live DV's 2.0. SBOX 4K also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 13.0). Live DV's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 2) and review sentiment (15% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SBOX 4K holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live DV has 139 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of SBOX 4K's written reviews are positive against 15% of Live DV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SBOX 4K ships an update every 10 days, Live DV every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
