# Pyone Play vs BananaTv Player

The clearest difference is price: Pyone Play at Free against BananaTv Player's $2.99. Pyone Play also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (26K vs 5). BananaTv Player's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 57%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.6). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Pyone Play is free to download; BananaTv Player costs $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pyone Play holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pyone Play has 26K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Pyone Play's written reviews are positive against 100% of BananaTv Player's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
