# RaceKeeper Track vs Athletic.APP

The clearest difference is price: Athletic.APP at Free against RaceKeeper Track's $0.99. Athletic.APP also leads on rating (3.7 vs 2.8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). RaceKeeper Track's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 29%) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Athletic.APP is free to download; RaceKeeper Track costs $0.99 up front. Athletic.APP sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. RaceKeeper Track asks for nothing beyond the download.

Athletic.APP holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Athletic.APP has 279 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of RaceKeeper Track's written reviews are positive against 29% of Athletic.APP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RaceKeeper Track ships an update every 3 months, Athletic.APP fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
