# Bridgeport 311 vs Eversource Energy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bridgeport 311 at 100% against Eversource Energy's 50%. Eversource Energy's advantage is ratings volume (41K vs 85) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Eversource Energy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eversource Energy has 41K ratings behind it against 85, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bridgeport 311's written reviews are positive against 50% of Eversource Energy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bridgeport 311 ships an update every 4 months, Eversource Energy every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
