# Countless vs Saving Memo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Countless at every 5 months against Saving Memo's every 50 months. Saving Memo's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Countless ships an update every 5 months, Saving Memo every 50 months. The most recent releases landed on September 16, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
