# Hover vs EthnoNexus

The clearest difference is ads: Hover at none against EthnoNexus's shown. Hover also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). EthnoNexus's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hover ships an update every 5 weeks, EthnoNexus every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 8, 2026.
